Booking a taxi in Milan

You can book yuor taxi in advance with the options you need.

How to book a taxi in advance

Call center: call 024040 and tell the operator all the details of your trip (date, time, pick-up address etc.).

appTaxi: enter the app and select all the options you would like, specifying the date, time and departure address.

How: you can book a taxi up to 30 minutes before your pick-up time, from every street in Milan, except for from airports, stations and crowded public places.

Recurrent bookings: using the Call centre you can book your recurrent trips (for example every Monday at 8:30 am).

The booking is a “call with delayed activation”: the taxi request is assigned to the nearest taxi driver ten minutes before the time requested by the customer. The taximeter calculates these minutes too.
