The Taxiblu 024040 Consortium was established on 21 April 1999 from the union of four historical taxi companies in Milan: 026767 (A.R.Co.), 028383 (Esperia), 025353 (a.a.a.a.Aderenti), 023100 (Piccola Cooperativa). The Consortium has a cooperative format, and it has a Board of Directors and a Board of Statutory Auditors
All Taxiblu drivers are professionals and they all have a regular license.

The heart of Taxiblu is in via Gallarate 249 in Milan. The offices and the call centre occupy an area of about 600 square meters. In the Taxiblu call centre more than 50 operators work in shifts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, holidays included. All the operators are kept up-to-date through frequent training courses provided in line with every new technological innovation introduced.
